College Pride in Your Ride Show
You’ve never seen a car show like this! On Saturday, May 13, Madison College’s collision repair students go head to head in the annual Pride in Your Ride car show and fundraiser. An outdoor, (no matter what!) family-friendly affair that brings together the best whips, live music, concession stands and a 50/50 raffle is Madison’s way of really welcoming the warm season.
Proceeds from the show benefit the MCCR Program Tool Scholarship Fund and Equipment Fund. Arrive early, at 9 a.m., to make sure you see all the rides. Admission is a $5 suggested donation, and children 12 and under are always free.
Want to Show Off Your Own Ride?
The car show isn’t just for local students. Many attendees come from all over the state and country to showcase their baby. Vehicle registration takes place in the morning from 8 – 10 a.m. All makes, models and years are welcome. Trucks and motorcycles have their own categories.
Register your vehicle for a suggested $15 donation and get two adult admission tickets, a t-shirt and dash plaque free! Motorcycles are just $10 per entry. It all takes place at the School of Applied Science, Engineering and Technology located at 1701 Wright Street in Madison. What better way to start your Saturday than with some revving engines and shaker hoods?
